John Leonard and the entire crew from Emerald Energy crew were truly amazing to work with start to finish. From the first phone call when I was scoping out my 11kw solar project John answered the phone on a weekend and gave me a ton of information. Very communicative, straightforward honest and easy to work with. When I got competitive bids from other providers Emerald still came in with best price. He helped guide me through entire process with Duke Energy (utility) on getting the ($6,000!!!) credit they offered. He also walked me through using the digital app to track production and getting me financing options. The system is now meeting all of my monthly energy needs in our 4000 sqft house in Raleigh. He also installed a high speed electric vehicle charger in my garage for a small add-on to the contract at my request. Cannot write more highly of these guys. Thank you John and Team.
