The crew that came out to install the panels were fantastic! Friendly and professional, they double checked to make sure the panel and trench locations were alright with us. Only took them six hours to have everything done.

My overall experience with PowerHome Solar was good. There was some small areas they could improve on, but i was very happy with everyone involved. My system is a little more complicated than most because i have a 400 amp main service coming into my home. Because of this, the installers needed to special order some clamps to complete the job. The team lead was very professional and walked me through the process. The installers showed up on time and were very respectful. Install process was scheduled for 2 days. The crew called before hand and arrived on time. My only complaint was it seemed like the crew wanted to leave early at the end of the job and skipped the final cleanup. When i did my final walk around the team lead was disappointed in his group. I had picked up some trash and small bottles from the install. When the lead saw this, he did the final walk around himself and buttoned up the job site. I still need the special order clamps installed on my panel, but the system is operational. Being that i used to do contractor work in the past, i would say the team did a nice job. If they would improve on the small details at the end of the job it would have been a home run. Regards,-Hutch
