All About Energy Solutions

After consulting with several companies about how to fix my wet crawl space I was totally confused and overwhelmed. I wish Id called Energy Solutions first. They developed an easy to understand plan and quoted a lower price than the others. The work was completed quickly by very nice men. (They always leave the work area clean.) I cant wait to see my lower electric bills. With the $$$ I saved I was able to get my attics insulated too!

June 10, 2020: Very satisfied with this company, I was preparing for a quote for adding insulation to our home. After inspection, the company's representative noted we did not need extra insulation. Our issue, correct the ventilation of the attic. It was satisfied with his observation. Honest and professional service. GA

Called to get an estimate on having my attic re-insulated and found that they also do crawlspace encapsulation as well. Though Great I can kill two birds with one stone, so to speak. John came out to give me the estimates and never went under the house. I have two floor joist needing repair and he told me they don't fix any problems just encapsulate. So I had him look in the attic and he had suggestions which I already knew I wanted to do, and as I talked with him as we talked we were walking and ended up outside and to me his attituded seemed eager to leave. Texted my email address for attic estimate and as of two days have not received it. I know I sent to right number because I mistakenly sent another text to him earlier in the day and I sent the right email address. All the other companies I got an estimate the same day. Highly disappointed with this companies customer service. I felt like they don't want my business for some reason due to his eagerness to leaving.

I'm very rarely impressed with companies that work in the trades, but I saw how highly rated these folks were online. I have been VERY impressed with the service and professionalism of All About Energy Solutions. They were available to take my call and schedule me for an estimate; they called me the morning of the estimate meeting to tell me when they would be there. Once they were here, they gave me my estimate right then and there (shockingly fast). I signed up and asked to be put on their schedule - they arrived 1 day EARLY to complete my job, had my insulation job inspected and passed the next day. I felt looped in, and informed about the process all the way through, everybody on the job site was polite, and professional and they didn't leave any trash behind. It was just EASY. I honestly wish there were more companies like these folks - I've been building a guest house from the ground up, and have worked with a number of sub contractors and trades people and All About Energy Solutions is top notch.On a funny side note - I called 2 other companies to get estimates, one of them never called me back and the other literally called with my estimate a day after we had already passed our inspection.
