Constantly calls to convince me to add to my home protection plan and when I politely say I am not interested they just hang up without a word...poor customer experience. That being said never had any issue with the company as an energy provider.

When the company becomes corporation they do not care any more for customers. Cross the road we have Brunswick Electrical it will take them a hours to restore the power but before we get power it's takes days. Unbelievable how less they care for customer service it's take at least 35 minutes before I can get a some one to answer the phone. Plus they over charge the power usage compressing to the same Brunswick Electrical. But most important we do not have a choice.
