By far the worst customer service I've had to deal with in my life. The people working there I feel like just hate there job and dont care. And if you ask questions about somthing they seem extremely irritated. They guys that come and work on the meters and lines are top notch and professional in every way. But the office is 110% the opposite. Wouldnt recomend some one looking to buy a home in there district ever.

My home is around 1K square feet and it feels like Im paying electric for a home three times the size. Overpriced rates! I pray PSO will take over part of this area...

This is the highest cost electric that you will buy in Oklahoma. And if you cant pay your bill or you dont for some reason its $100 to reconnect.They are pretty heartless people

Our electric pole broke off at the ground during the big wind storm of 11-26-19 and the lines were sparking the trees and catching fire and VVEC got to our house and had the electricity off and the fire out before the fire department arrived. They sent out a construction crew with a new pole and breaker box and worked diligently through the night in the dark and the cold. I am so grateful for VVEC and their employees that even though they have already put in a full day they are still willing to work through the night so that I can have working electricity in my home.
