These guys know there stuff when it comes to anything relating to Air Conditioning. I had an A/C unit go out at my work and they came out the same day I called and they got our unit back up running in no time at all. I'll definitely be using them again for all my A/C needs.

The Entire Staff from the office to the hard-working installers were very friendly and knowledgeable. We had a great experience with E.F. Martin! The tech who came out to estimate replacing our unit showed us a bunch of things we didn't know and that others seemed to have missed. He even showed us how to get the unit to run temporarily for a couple of hours a day (huge relief)! All of their staff was very responsive and knowledgable. Would use them again, for sure!

I've dealt with all of the technicians at this company, and and all up to par. If you want extra assurance that you were getting treated like a family member, ask for Jason or Jeremy. They're my favorite. Jeremy talked me into getting a surge protector for my outdoor unit, and when I had a power surge during the last storm a lot of appliances in my house were damaged but my air conditioner is perfectly fine. Jason showed me some indoor air quality products that that helped rid my house of viruses and microbial growth. We breathe so much better now. Thank you, EF Martin, for making me feel like We Are Family.
