Wouldn't even give me information on how much it is average to put solar panels on just upsetting

Well I dont have what I think I have. (1) When we have a storm i don't have power, so there is no battery for the solar to back up to. (2) There is no 24/7 customer service or emergency number to call when you dont have power especially for long period of time. I am not a happy camper.

Solar panels are great for saving on your monthly electric bill. However, replace your roof before putting them on because Sunrun wants a flat fee of 500.00 plus 150.00 per panel to take them off and put them back on if you have to replace your roof.
