Just dont get how I go from 169 bill to 856 in one month. People arent made of money. My power was disconnected (by Duke energy fault) and I paid my bill again (twice in a month) and was promised to have my power connected by 12am and here it is 1230 and no power! Shame on you duke energy !

CS reps are nice, but have no idea as to what they are doing . I have been transferred 6 times, no one is local ans they cannot grasp the very simple examples I am providing. Basically our power bill has gone from $199.00 in June of 2019 to $906.00 in in Sept. then $1,024.79 for October and $923.53 in December (we weren't even there over half of that month) and we have had no updates or changes made to the home....How can this be? I will begin putting this out in public to everyone I know if not corrected asap. Duke customers ..beware.
