Terrible customer service, all you get to talk to is automated robots unless your starting a new account. Terrible emergency response times, all around terrible company. Once another power company comes in my area I'll definitely switch. I hate Duke energy just like millions of other Americans do. Terrible Monopoly that doesn't care for it's customers
