Well' my previous post/rating was made while I was upset with GL&PS, and I appreciate the reply. I've I created my rating to two stars. I'll see how things go when normal business hours resume and I try to find answers.

Got disconnected and charged a reconnect fee when (during PANDEMIC & medical issues) I notified them about my situation a while ago and was told it was not a problem ect...ect.. then got cut off anyways and had to pay to get reconnected as well despite them not even having to come out to reconnect it(new power meters they can cut off by computer now). so I get charged literally for the 'system' to recognize my payment and it auto turns back on by their computer and I had to pay 35 bucks for that.So they are still charging the service fee as if (man hours) a person was still coming and unlocking your box DESPITE it being AUTOMATED and instantaneous. I am no lawyer or anything but that does not sound too legit/legal. This is THE worst power company I have ever dealt with in my life and this latest incident was enough to make me mad enough to actually write a review despite all the other problems in the past. If the people there were not so snobby and rude and actually even at least pretended to care it might be more tolerable but they don't and that's what burns me up the most is their outright don't give a @#$# attitude right to your face. And to seriously cut someone's power during this time, well that's just an ethical debate to its own I suppose and shows their true colors even more.
