I spoke with Katelyn about setting up my account and she was very knowledgeable, helpful, and polite. I asked to speak with a supervisor to let them know she was helpful, and as soon as they picked up, the call disconnected? I guess they hung up! So I am reaching out here so Katelyn gets some props.

For several months I have been trying to get the bill transferred from my builder to me. It just can't be done. Why does this public utility make it so difficult to pay a bill? I think the reason is this government-run utility does not regard its customers as customers. They see them as problems. It is a typical inefficient government entity.

They dont even deserve a 1 star, this place is wack. A $145 security deposit to have your lights on? No wonder everybody wants to live in college station, they dont have stupid stuff like that
