Great local HVAC store. I have bought a few units from them over the years and have had nothing but professional service from them. They take the time to research my problems and provide solutions. The manager, Philip Cox, is always professional and helpful.

On aug 18th 1016 contacted solar supply trying to help someone purchase parts. Philip Cox which is apparently the store manager was extremely rude. He informed me he was doing me a favor to be answering the phone when it was 2 minutes past five and my friend was standing in the store at the counter waiting on my call. His system is not set up to take part cash and part credit card. Absolutely the worst person I have ever attempted to do business with. He was kind enough to inform us that granger carried the parts but they were more. Personally I will be more than happy to give more money to someone who appreciates the business. I have been in business for myself for 20 years and wouldn't dream of treating a customer with such disrespect.
