Make sure you have a fixed rate! My plan went from 8.8 per KW to $9 per kw!! I went from a roughly $200 monthly bill (on a hot day) to $750 in SEPTEMBER! The rates apparently went up without receiving any notice. I am NOT paying this bill. I have a 1200 sq house, this is more than my half of rent ..
