Fridge wasnt cooling, I had to put my groceries in the freezer to keep it cool. There was no wifi even though I was told it was going to be fixed.

The guards wouldnt let us go into the pool without a wrist band. and when someone gave theres up, he told us we have to where them when lots of people werent. My grandfather who just turned 91 had to walk back upstairs

Not directly on the beach but our room had views of the gulf and sound. Short walk down to the beach. Right next to the water warm Isla Blanca (formerly Schlitterbahn). Has an elevator and carts to help with luggage. The pool, hot tubs and grill areas were all nicely maintained.
