We had a tree come down across the power lines in a storm. Literally they showed up in 10mins, took care of the tree, and the power was back on in another 10mins. These guys ROCK!!!

Worst electric service ever. Constant outages with no explanation for no apparent reason.

Field guys seem really nice but whoever is making the decisions could really use a class in customer service. Just purchased a house and day one they shut off power. It was over 100 degrees and we got the oh well, we will turn it on tomorrow. We have more than one meter and missed the bill on one of them and immediately get a nasty gram saying they are going to shut the power off. Whoever is making the decisions could really use a class in customer service and compassion.
