i have never ever in my life dealt with such a company. solar city admits they made an error in having a contract with a non owner of a property. we are trying to sell the property and have lost two customers already due to solar city being unwilling to remove the panels along with the mechanics lien on the property. Instead they want to try to 'sell the system' to any potential buyer. We are now coming down to settlement on April 3, 2019 and solar city tells us they cannot remove the panels in time. The buyers do not want this system and do not want to deal with this company. How do we get these panels off legally in order to close on this property.

Worst service. Waited 25 minutes to speak with someone am so disappointed with Tesla. My converter broke. They have came three times to fix it and it continues to malfunction. I have to wait 2 years for them to refund for money the money lost.

Despite repeated begging on our part to stop calling us, we are telemarketed regularly, probably a couple of times a week going on now for over a year, from Solar City. They are the poster-boy for telmarking abuse. They should not be rewarded with your business.
