Dreadful. Power outages routine thr the year. The infrastructure is fragile, underinvested. The service is unpredictable and progress reports and estimates fictional and often irresponsible.

Power outage now for 27 hours, and their outage center says they are still investigating. The only reason that got 1 star is because I can't give them zero or more appropriately negative stars. Pathetic response by a pathetic company.
