The installation team damaged my roof during the process, when I brought this to their attention the contractor said that my roof was rotten, and they refused to repair the sections that were damaged. The customer service person they assigned to me was able to answer some questions, the only positive thing I will give them was the energy audit team being quick and efficient.

These folks are a great team to work with. Brian, Trevor, Sara, Aubrey, the installation crew and everyone along the line has been spot on and very professional. From the beginning of this home improvement project the entire process has been fluid, very smooth. I found out I can't get the panels myself (due to tree shade) but I have a lot of friends and family who have worked with them. Very professional company and great quality product. I love their start-up story and the incredible work they do in Haiti.
