Had a tank alarm go off and extremely slow outflow and frantically called around for some immediate assistance. On first call it was recommended that it would be a couple days before Envirotek could assist, but upon call back (others were even more booked) found they were able to schedule same day pumping and inspection. Amazing office staff helped me and communicated clearly all the steps. Sent confirmation documentation immediately. Technician helped me locate the third riser of my system and was able to pump a completely filled tank and haul out. Careful, knowledgeable and efficient work. Billing was through Intuit which is simple and efficient too. Highly recommend this small business.

Awesome owner. Allan Chapin does an outstanding job educating the public on septic systems and how they work. He provides classes free of charge to learn about your septic system. He had all of my septic information to my address right there in a binder with my name on it. So well organized. Even had a power point introduction to septic systems done in an easy to understand format. Answered all of my questions, even made a trip out to my place to give me advice on how close I could get to my drainfield with a widened driveway. His work crew is top notch. They work hard and get the job done. Very trustworthy owner of a service that everyone on the island needs. Thank you Envirotek for your ethical straightforward approach to fixing and solving my septic issues.

Installed a new system in 2012 that had significant failure by 2017. Cost thousands to repair. Owner made an appointment to meet and review the system. Could not indicate an am or pm arrival, requiring a entire day of work off. Shows up for 15 min, does nothing, leaves, sends an invoice for $155+.
