Blossom Solar was fantastic to work with! Justin from the design and sales team and Cole one of the owners of the company met my husband and answers all his questions about going solar without any sales pressure. It was easy for us to decide to us Blossom Solar as we could tell they were really genuine people. Once we decided to go with them Roxanne and Aimee were quick with the paperwork and guided us through the process. Blossom Solar installed our system in 1 day and did a fantastic job, the crew was clean, professional and really worked hard to make sure everything was completed like it should be! At the end of the day it was impressive to have Cole one of the owners come out to check on the work they had done and celebrate the day with us! They even communicated after the job to make sure we had our Solar edge set-up app up and running to see our production. The customer service and professionalism Blossom Solar brings to the table is unlike any other.

The initial design and quotation was extremely fast. Cole educated us on the design options, providing practical advice that helped us to size an affordable system and select the appropriate inverters for our needs, Cole clearly communicated what we needed to do to prepare the site before they came. The installation team was quick and efficient. Darrick and Patrick were energetic, enthusiastic, and very hard workers. They arrived promptly and cleaned up the site spotlessly both days of the installation. There were delays, caused by the state inspection. Cole was very good at communications, promptly following up with the State Inspector and the PUD to get final meters installed. Our system is designed to provide approximately 60% of our power. It has been in operation for 11 months and so far has provided 70% of our power, savings have been over $1,000 for the first 10 months of this year.

Offset solar went out of business and left me in the ditch after causing a leak in my roof during their installation.They sent an electrician to fix it before they went out of business, but it was a useless patch and started leaking again.Cole from Blossom was great. Within a week of reaching out to them they came and inspected the other companies shoddy work, and fixed it and provided a nice PDF report on why the previous patch was bad and how they permanently fixed it this time.
