They will not allow you to use a credit card for automatic payments, even though they accept them for other payments.They do not email you payment requests or status.

fast easy and convenient are NONE of the things youll find working with Pse. Procedures out dated, customer service doesnt care, on hold forever, they never will call u back. Ive seen grade schoolers run lemonade stands more efficiently, Ill just put it that way! I upped it to a 2 star because the tech was super fast and awesome! The customer service and billing processes still need to come up to date

Person I spoke with was extremely rude. There are so many people I talk to on a daily basis, and this kind of rudeness is so uncalled for. If you work in customer service, answering calls, etc, at least make an effort to talk decently with your company's customers.
