We are novice boat owners and were having some trouble with our Magnum Inverter. We called their service department and spoke with Darrel. He walked me through step by step and every trouble shooting thing needed and fixed our issue!! He was courteous, patient and incredibly knowledgeable. I understand so much more about our system now and we are ready to be back out on the water. Huge thanks to Darrel in the Service department!

I've owned the 3kw Hybrid Inverter/Charger for ~3ish years now. Every time I call with a question, someone knowledgeable and friendly answers the phone. I just called again today to see if my 3 year old inverter has the ability to charge Lithium batteries... answer, yes. Great product - they thought of Lithium 3 years ago, great customer service.

My boat came with an Xantrex Freedom 30 and I have a MS2812 from my last boat. I have a question about the MS2812 and I looked online this morning for the number to call, well I mistakenly called Xantrex for the question I have about the MS2812. I was on the phone with a tech in less then 5 minutes and he was polite and said I was asking about a competitors product and I apologized and hung up. I proceed to call Magnum, once I was in the call queue for tech support it said I was number 3 in line. The hold message the loops an tells your position started saying 2 after 40 minutes on hold and at 1 hour and 7 minutes the phone system error-ed out and disconnected me. I call tech support for products rarely, I would buy an Xantrex inverter if you think you will ever need to call tech support.
