We were very pleased with the service we received. The work was completed exactly as stated and in the timeframe scheduled.

I have used Pane in the Glass for several years now and have always been very pleased with the service. They do a great job and my windows always look wonderful when they are done. I like the way they keep in touch and let me know when they will be arriving. I think their prices are reasonable and well worth the money. Happy to have found them.

Not only did the men arrive at the appointment time, but they were fast, efficient and friendly. They cleaned the windows, even scraping the paint overspray from the glass. I will use them again.BB

I have used this company for more than 5 years to clean my windows in and out. I have also hired them to clean out my gutters the last 2 years. They always do a great job for me. I will continue to use their services in the future.

I've used his company several times and always had a great experience! Unfortunately my last experience was different. The actual price ended up being $152 higher than what the bid was, after they said there were more windows than anticipated. I used them for 2 homes and a business, and this unfortunately now makes me feel I need to move on to a different company. Disappointing because they've done good cleaning for me in the past. I really wish they would have at least attempted to make it right...but they did not.Update: I received a very welcome call from Justin the owner, and I'm happy to note that he was very open to doing the right thing and taking care of the issue. He explained how the communication should have worked and committed to following up with the team. As a business owner myself, I understand things happen, and that is why I put more value in the followup and resolution, than the actual mistaken. I will continue to do business with a Pain in the Glass.
