Mike Bulatovich is a con artist and compleyely lacks integrity. Once i made my down payment the lies and BS were never ending. His office lady is just as big of a lier and completely incompetent. They couldnt even keep up with echother lies to the point that it was almost comical. I ended up with several liens on my property because he never paid his subs fir the work they did. Id love to catch him in a dark alley one day. Im sure he has it coming from many more people than myself.

DO NOT USE Sundrop Solar!!!USE A SOLAR COMPANY RECOMMENDED BY SRP OR APS ON THEIR WEB SITE.We are filing a formal complaint with AZ Registrar of Contractors & also the BBB.We deeply regret our decision to use this company!!! Mike Bulatovich, owner of Sundrop Solar told us that he would install a power controller ($2500 part + Labor) with our solar installation.The power controller automatically limits the amount of electricity used during peak power periods.We were not going to get solar if this part was not included.Mike did not include this component & Broke his promise to install it.I contacted Mike at least 15 - 20 different times asking for this part to be installed.Mike told me he would schedule & get it installed & never has.Mike came to our home on Aug 1, 2018, to apologize for not getting this taken care of & said he would get it done no later than Aug 31, 2018.I believed Mike was telling me the truth as he seemed genuinely honest, but the exact opposite was true.We have not heard from Mike since & no one from Sundrop Solar has called.Our solar system was installed on Mar 7, 2018 & it's now 7 & 1/2 months later & the part has NEVER been installed.

While the sales person was very knowledgeable they undersold the amount of panels my house needed. They were extremely late on the install to the point that the original bank financing fell through. Then trying to get in touch with them after has been painful. As a customer of theirs I should be prioritized to make sure I am 100% happy with their product. I am not happy. Not happy at all.

This isbthe absolute worst company I have ever dealt with in any respect. Their customer service is atrocious, their manager and owner is incompetent and a bold face liar. The entire team of employees make this company ranked one of the worst on the BBC. Don't make the same mistake I did. Do your homework and shy away from any business dealings with this company.
