Sales rep was extremely nice and explained how it all works and what would be best for my home, unfortunately I have not seen ANY difference in my bills. Im still having to pay APS a ton of money on top of my Solar Panels, which come out to be almost the same I was paying without solar. Ive reached out to the company and they take forever to get back to me. And when they do, they just say im still saving a few bucks every month. Well considering I have 30K worth of panels on my roof, id expect to pay almost nothing to APS. Long story short, KAYO has not been very good to me in customer service, i made a mistake of even getting solar. I personally don't think its worth it. At least not with KAYO. They claimed they built my panels to cover 20% more than what I currently use and this has not shown to be true at all. Don't make the mistake!!!! You've been warned.

We just had our panels installed by team “Thresher”… there are so many good things I can say about them. They were early, fast, efficient, respectful, worked clean. They were aware of and kind to my children especially my 2 year old who was afraid of the loud drilling sound on the roof. And then when the work on the roof was finished they went above and beyond and PICKED UP MY KIDS TOYS IN THE YARD! Then while they were installing the electrical box on the side of the house they even helped me look for an Amazon package that was delivered to the wrong house. They were all so kind and went so far above their duty! I would absolutely give more than 5 stars if I could!

Kayo Energy provides a great service but they are owned and operated by bullies and Nazis. I was on Facebook and saw a string of exchanges between the owner and his wife towards another person that was unacceptable. It was because the poor girl they were talking to liked Trump and supports him. I get that he has said and done things wrong but this is no way to treat a fellow human being. I did some research and the owner’s grandpa was an actual Nazi. He came over shortly after WWII, given how the responded to the person who they were being so rude to just for having a different belief than them kinda makes me think they still hold to their Nazi roots. Don’t do business with them if you support the first amendment and the President.
