We have had an outstanding experience with Garabar. Mary and I had watched the company working in a couple homes in our immediate neighborhood and were favorably impressed. Although some repairs had been done to our roof and we were very satisfied with the result, we felt that a company with more experience would be appropriate where we had an engineering report indicating that the total replacement of the roof was required. We obtained competing estimates which provided a narrow range of choices. Garabar's bid was the most detailed but still below the middle. In addition to several meetings with the estimator, we were introduced to a couple of the workers who came down the street from another Garabar job to assist the estimator. Garabar met the best price. I wrote this during a long stretch of very heavy rain. Watching the performance of the roof and the system of gutters and down spouts carry the high volume of water away from the house was the reminder to send this note. It has been almost two years since the job was completed. Every aspect of the work and the relationship with Garabar has been great. The best thing? This new roof and everything inside our house survived Hurricane Irma.

Very good in creating new leaks. They are working in my community and since they started I got my apartment wet twice, not to mention that they take forever to finish the job. Also they have to come inside and they take the whole day. It's been a month they are on the roof and the job doesn't seem to be close to end. They leave their trucks parked overnight on the job site... to conclude a nightmare
