Nightmare! Promises the world, tells you what you want to hear. At installation, I received a totally different system. When confronted the sales rep, his reply was the technology is changing so fast, how did I expect him to keep up with it. I was explained more by the installation people. They explained why I wasnt getting the back up system that would carry 2 plugs during outage as promised. It took 2 months for the new designs to be approved and stamped which held up the electric company to change the meter so I could use it. I paid 2 months of both, electric bill and solar bill. I am all about solar, but get quotes from a couple of people. Dont let them install unless all paperwork is done. After installation, they expect payment, but after payment, there is no motivation to complete the job. They offered me $150 to cover the double bill. I have an email from December that said it is in the mail. Along with my promotional items. It is February 27th, and nothing. I tried to contact my sales representative, Mike, but my emails are getting returned. He blocked me! Not a sign of an honest company!

It started out as a great idea. In the beginning everyone was helpful. Once they got funded and once the panels were installed everything changed. Its been several week's now and I can't use my solar panels and I can't talk to anyone. I have left several messages and I haven't received a call back. Now I am here still waiting with no response from anyone. I'm wondering if they went out of business.

4 months later and I am still paying two bills. One for my system and one for electricity. If your system get installed with no issues they are great. If their are any problems they disappear and never call you back. I regret ever dealing with this company and I would take my business els-where.

Great Company! I had my install done in a month. I turned on my system and I had a small energy bill. I called and spoke to someone and they told me to put in my energy efficiency kit. I did, and voila! My electric bill disappeared. To my understanding LUMA Dynamics were the ones who installed my system, Sunlight Energy Solutions were the ones helping me with the financial aspect of my project. Maybe the other reviewers should contact their installer first.

A very helpful group. Interested in my opinion. Do what they say they will do.
