This is the worlds worst utility company. Constant outages and always the last to restore power. What a joke for the amount of money we pay

I had to wait over a week to get electricity in my new apartment . Ive sent over proof of my lease and ID three times and they kept telling me there was a signature missing when the pictures clearly showed the signatures needed . I called customer service numerous times , waited on hold for over 30 mins each time just for someone to tell me Oh she probably hasnt gotten to your email yet . So I basically had to wait to get cool air and lights because someone hadnt clicked on my email .

Losing power on a sunny, non-windy day. Just part of the pleasure of paying twice as much as most of the state does with FPL.

This place is the worst utility department in the whole country period, extremely high bills, just know you probably be paying more than your rent in utilities for sure, I dont understand how theyre still serving the county. Something needs to be done. Horrible just horrible

I have lived in 2 other countries and 5 other states and this is the worst electric service I have ever had. The deposits are outrageous( how can deposit be based on previous owners who from what I was told kept ac at 60) I loved the area due to accessibility and love my house. I assumed it was Fpl big mistake. I would have chosen a house on other side of 95. Also representatives are always rude and talk over you.
