I ordered $2500 worth of solar panels on December 29th just in time to get the tax credit, at 1pm today Tuesday 01-02-18 I received a call informing me they do not actually have the Solar panels in stock and have no idea of when they will be receiving them but she did offer to exchange my high quality mono-crystalline panels for some lower quality poly-crystalline panels. I have now missed the 30% tax credit because I did not take her bait and switch offer. I guess the government needed that $800 more than me. Take my advice, stay away from this company, I wonder how long it will take me to get my refund.

Buyer Beware! Called and emailed several times after ordering solar panels on August 5th 2016. I receive emails back but they are slow to answer and avoid direct questions and have stopped returning my calls all together. I called to verify my address but cannot do anything except leave a message at any point in the day with no return calls. Now August 26th they returned my money for 10 solar panels because they 'couldn't' reach me! lol I emailed them after receiving a credit and asked if I could just get the panels instead I would rather have them instead of the money but its been a week and no answer so ... good luck to all who venture further.

There was a very long back order on the Xeno battery we ordered however SEP notified us of that before we ordered and it was a back ordered from the manufacturer so not their fault. While we had to wait 2 weeks SEP kept us informed and sent us tracking information the day it was shipped. Great communication.

I have the same experience as Donald. Put in my order 7/20. Have called 3 times and sent emails with questions. No calls back no emails. Makes me wonder if anyone is there at all. If I ever hear from someone I'll update this post.
