They were quick to respond, even on a weekend. They performed a follow up without charge and fixed a secondary problem. Their staff was great & knowledgeable. They were very helpful & educated me on my system & maintenance. I would definitely recommend them! I will be calling them for future maintenance too.

We arrived late Friday night and A/C was down. Called B&B late night after hours and first thing this morning Paul was here and fixed the problem. What a great guy and great service. In todays culture, great service can be a lost art but not our experience with Paul and B&B. Thank you Paul! Also thank you to the gentleman that handled my call later after hours. He was very thorough, polite, and professional.
