We have enough solars panels to light the entire neighborhood. So please tell me why my electric bill is still reaching almost 600 dollars. I can get get anyone to come out and fix the issue they say we have with the panels not working. The have been out 3 time to look at the panels with no luck to getting the problem actually fix. Please run away as fast as you can.

Do not nor consider this company PLEASE!! I'm told of Solar Power benefits and never being without power in hurricane season (our area is bad). Next thing i know, u get my first bill for just the Panels but no battery or generator. LoL. Don't let these people get you. I've called so many tines and I'm yet to receive a response.

Very disappointed wish I never talked to the sales person, it all started aug.2021,just did my first payment, and I still don't have solar power. Stay away from titan solar co.

If I could stop this whole process I would. Lack of communication between teams, they showed up at the end of Oct to install and were told the electrician wouldn't be out until the next day...then said electrician shows up, the same day, and says well if you canceled the electric disconnect due to issues I can't come back out until Nov...I only canceled disconnect because the install team told me to. They ask me to schedule the disconnect of electricity and the electric company is asking questions I can't answer that only someone from Titan would need to answer but I have no call back number to figure anything out. It has been a nightmare and regret this whole process now. They get one star because it won't allow me to submit this review without it.
